Refunds
IntervalNext is one payment of 14,95 €. You can withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of buying it and be refunded in full. No reason needed and nothing to return.
To withdraw, reply to your receipt, write to us, or send the model form below. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.
The refund is made by [MERCHANT OF RECORD], who took the payment, to the payment method you used and at no cost to you. It is made no later than 14 days after you tell us, and usually within a few days.
If you cannot find the receipt, write to support@intervalnext.app with your intervals.icu athlete id and we will find the payment.
Being refunded in full removes the unlock from your intervals.icu account. Your Edges go back to the free trial if any of it is left, and the app keeps working — you simply stop getting new planned workouts.
It happens on its own, once we hear from [MERCHANT OF RECORD] that the money went back, and it covers the whole account rather than one Edge. If you are refunded only part of what you paid, the licence stays. You can buy again at any time and the unlock comes back.
Your Edge follows the next time it reaches us. It is built to ride for up to 30 days without reaching the server at all — that is what keeps a ride out of phone range from being cut short — so an Edge that has been away may go on showing the workouts it already has until it checks in again.
You do not have to use it. Copy it into an e-mail to support@intervalnext.app, fill in the gaps and send it within the fourteen days.
